Hong Kong Chicken Wings – Lightly breaded and fried. Tossed in our sweet and spicy house recipe Asian inspired wing sauce. Topped with peanut dust and chives. 16 

Wild Mushroom Sauté – Shallots and fresh mushrooms sauteed in Corto olive oil and finished with brandy and cream. Topped with fresh chives, side of rustic crostinis. 16 

Steamed Mussels – Achiote Broth, garlic, white wine, tomato confit, fresh herbs and casino butter. 16 

MBC Fries – Peri Peri seasoned and a side of garlic mayo.7 

Mushroom Arancini Pomodoro – Creamy, crispy fried Portabella mushroom risotto croquettes and San Marzano Pomodoro sauce. shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. 15

Fried Brussel Sprout Bruschetta – Thyme and Walnut whipped Ricotta cheese, Bacon bits, diced apricot, honey drizzle. Rustic crostinis. 16 

Bacon Jam and Goat cheese dip – Brown sugar, raspberry and onion braised bacon with a hint of habanero. Topped with Balsamic reduction and with a side of rustic crostinis. 16
